i agree, but his handles are still alot better than Marvin's.

^^^ his handles are not that much better than Marvins. but everything else about his game is. I just don't think that a line up of Bibby, F/A, Smoove, Bosh, Amare would be very good. I don't think they would play well together. Maybe I am wrong but I just don't have the same vision as you do. I would much rather have Bibby, JJ, F/A, Bosh, Horford.

Who said anything about Bibby? We were using Jason Kidd, who's a much better passer than Bibby, and who has better vision.

Why would Smoove, Bosh, Amare be bad? Their games are different. Smoove slashes, Bosh is a great faceup outside shooter with a very respectable post game that he doesn't often use, and Amare is a great post player with a very respectable face up game. Offensively, Kidd and the SG are there to spread the floor, Smoove plays on the wings, Bosh plays 12-18 feet away from the basket, and you have Amare on the block.

Kidd will rarely be trapped, because he has the IQ and vision to see the trap coming, handles to break poor traps, the entire front court has great height, and Smoove and Amare are athletic beasts. Worst come worst, Kidd tosses it in the air, and one of them jumps for it, and then resets the offense. Plus, Smoove, Bosh, and Amare all have better handles than most for their respective positions (Smoove less so if compared to SFs rather than PFs).

Bibby, JJ, F/A, Bosh, Horford would be a bad team IMO, because the front court is undersized, and defensively the team would be punished.

Ok you are talking about Kidd getting trapped in the half court being able to pass out of it. Yes I agree with you. But in the back court or a full court press would totally take the hawks out of their game and cause them to turn the ball over. Kidd may make the first pass out of the trap but the next person ie Bosh, Amare, Smith would turn the ball over.

would that line up be more undersized than it was last year with Smoove and Horford in the front?

Amare, Bosh, and Smith also allows to that matchup nightmares and keep a an outstanding 3 man rotation at those two spots. You don't always have to play all 3 at the same time, you can fidn you a sf who can handle some and rotate them in and out.

nope.... not with Amare at center. i would feel alot better with Amare/Josh/Bosh against Dwight than Horford/Josh/Marvin.

anyway, i was just messing around with that trade, just having some fun. but realistically, it would be very hard to pull of the trade.

Suns might accept.
Hornest would definatly accept
Good chance that Kidd would accept
Bosh would probably accept

Joe would never accept going to Canada and joining a bad team.

I think if you want Bosh you have to keep Joe. Trading the two makes little sense for either side, imo. They would make for a fantastic duo too!!

You guys would basically be the Raptors with a little more promise. I think you guys are already better than us, so not sure why you'd want to do that. Josh Smith would no longer make much sense, and (like the Raps) you would be in need of a true scorer/creator.

If we had Amare, Bosh, and Smoove, we wouldn't have any outside creators... but we would have three players who can all create from the post
