Maybe PP forgot that he needed a ride in on a wheelchair to win?

Just sayin'....

All I hear from Boston fans is if KG this and if KG that every team has injuries but u can't use it as an excuse. The Bulls was playing without arguably there best player in Luol Deng and Magics was playing without their allstar point guard Jameer Nelson. The Lakers didn't have two starters last year due to injuries. Boston got the credit when they won time to give credit when credits due. Stop all this hate and come out and prove it next season.

Well first, I agree with you about the last part. In the end, it is who wins and Orlando came in and beat us in our building in a 7th game and the Celtics/fans should just shut up and let next year do its talking for them, Pierce included. It makes people look like sore losers.

However, the difference between the effect KG has on the Celtics as a whole is much larger than the difference Nelson and Deng have on their respective teams, and it is not even close and don't try to make a case because those who do look ridiculous. That being said, it doesn't matter, because you play the game with the players you have and that is it.

Yeha but none of those guys you mentioned who were injured on other teams were nearly as good as KG. KG is one of the best players the past 15 years. Deng and Nelson aren't even all stars. They picked frickn mo williams over jammer nelson.

Wasn't Jameer Nelson picked as the starting PG.. and was replaced by Mo after he got injured..

A healthy Jameer would have give Lakers fits.. he was the single biggest reason we the Lakers lost the 2 regular season games.. and mind u with a half strength Jameer 2 of the 5 finals games went to OT..

So yes injury affected Orlando as much as it affected the celtics because Orlando could have won the finals with Jameer.

All i can say is PP quit whining..

You must be joking if u think Nelson didn't have a big impact on the magic. They had the best record in the league before he was injured and he killed the Lakers in the two regular season game. A healthy Nelson would have given the Magics a way better chance against the Lakers. In all fairness KG is a huge part of the Celitics offensively and defensively but thats why u have a bench and Big Baby step up and did a good enough job for u guys to get back to the finals.

^ Big Baby is not enough of compensation for Leon Powe and KG. You don't know what you're talking about.

I think virtually everyone agrees that the Magic do not beat Boston if they had KG.

I will add that the BOS mops the floor with CLE this year with a healthy KG and Leon.

Damn I'm going to stop doing this IF WE HAD stuff. Sound like the laker fans last year.

See I don't know about that one ... we had a healthy leon and KG and we got smoked badly by Cleveland.

But then again, we beat them without KG [with Leon] ..... but yes, I do believe we would have been in the NBA Finals again. Although LA might have been too hard this year. Unless Tony Allen could do the job against Kobe.

Celtics also lost to the Lakers in both regular season games with KG.. So much for the ifs..

Ifs and buts dont lead to a trophy...

If we count the ifs and buts Lakers would be 1 championship ahead of the Celtics and may be more.. because Shaq would not have been traded if we had won in 2004 where Karl malone was playing injured and also 2008 when Ariza,Bynum and Luke were injured..

I think it is time to bury the ifs and buts.. Orlando was a good team .. but definitely Cleveland could have beaten them had their coach done a better job.. had their players not celebrated too soon in game 1 after being up 20...

Cleveland Lakers finals would have been lot closer than Orlando due to matchup issues.. Derek Fisher would have been outplayed by CLE gaurds.. Verijao would have kick Gasol off his feet..

Stop with all these sorry ass excuses. The celitics did not lose to the magics because of KG and Leon being injured. Yeah of course with Kg and leon it would be an easier series but its not like they didnt have enough weapons to win. They had two chances including a game 7 at home and got blown out. Where was Ray Allen the whole freaking series. Yeah we all know according to celtics fan that if KG was playing they would repeat but they still should be able to beat the Magics without KG. With game 7 at home there should not be no excuses.
