Man, I vested a lot of hope and good will into Foye. I really did enjoy seeing him play well. I loved it when he was in the groove and having games where he was going toe to toe with Wade or eating Mayo's lunch with a block. I still think Foye has a lot to show the NBA. I really do hope he does well, wherever he winds up. I know he wants to win bad, the man was crying after some games, I hope he finds his game and comes into his own. Unfortunately, he is going back into the abusive hands of Wittman, that's tragic and I wish that on no man. Hopefully Flip can keep Witt at bay.

I have spent many hours defending Randy around the trade boards.
I wish him nothing but the best in D.C.

I don't see him being in Washington more than a year.
I predict that he will end up in either Philly or Jersey.

Btw, is there gonna be a Mike Miller appreciation thread, or are we just not going there? lol

I was going to make one but I was in front of the home crowd. So I decided to not even attempt one.

Foye is good enough to be a quality starting NBA SG on a playoff team, he just isn't and was never going to be good enough to be a top 2/3 guy on a playoff team.

He brings shooting/spacing, scoring outbursts, a quality 2:1 A/T ratio at SG and he is a good free throw shooter. If that is what you get from your 4th best starter or sixth man then you've got a nice asset but if that is what your #2 or #3 guy is bringing you're not going to contend unless you've got a killer #1 and #2 option.

He just isn't great or good enough to be a leading man when he isn't on fire shooting the basketball and he has given no signs that he can be that consistently efficient to ever become that type of player. He is also far from a quality defensive player.

I hope Randy Foye somehow decides to buy a lottery ticket and wins the jackpot, then I hope he marries a supermodel, then I hope he discovers the cure for Opposite Organ Syndrome. And once he's done with all that, I hope he decides to retire from the game of basketball before next season starts.

I was going to say get a career ending injury, but he's a really good guy. I just don't want anyone making any stupid comments about the Wolves losing a trade.

4th Quarter Foye!!

He was one my favorite wolves to watch. He was injured but when he was healthy he gave it his all whether at pg or sg. He is quick and has and uncanny ability to get to the rim when he needs to. If he works on his shot a bit more and shot selection his consistincy will come and he will be lethal. He is a clutch player who thrives in the pressure. I hope him the best and appreciate the opportunity to watch him play in a Wolves uniform!

Going to miss Fourth Quarter Foye, Baby Gap, Fantastic Foye.

I still remember the game winner he hit against the Bulls during his rookie year. Probably one of the only bright spots of the 07 season was Randy Foye. I wish him nothing but the best in DC.

Good luck Randy, please don't turn into the next Chauncey Billups.
