McDyess over Sheed.. McDyess is a better fit next to Shaq than Sheed or CV.

Because LeBron doesn't need the Shaq that Kobe or Wade had... He doesn't need prime Shaq...

All LeBron needs is someone that can command a double on the block...

I'm not sure Shaq consistently requires a double team at this point.

But with that being said, it was still a good move.

In what way? Wallace can defend a team's best big-man and stretch the floor to the three point, invaluable for LeBron and Shaq. McDyess shoots from 18 maximum.

The Cavs didn't have anyone that could consistently finish inside last year. Shaq should fill that especially with all the attention that LeBron gets. This should also open up more free shots for Mo and Delonte.

Sure Wallace can take 3's but I'd much rather have my big taking shots in the 2 pt range..

Things I still expect to happen:

1. Move up into the teens to draft a player we really want- most likely a wing.
2. Buy a 2nd round pick and get a PG.
3. Sign CV/Sheed/Dice to the MLE
4. Re-sign AV (or a possibility of a S&T)

I just cant believe we are actually going to have someone to give the ball to in the post. I honestly dont know if anyone on our team remembers how to make a post entry pass.

Cant wait to see what else Ferry has up his sleeve for this offseason!

It hasnt been scheduled yet the league office hasn't completely approved it.

Danny Ferry is holding a press conference at 2:30 eastern time.

The deal also has a new twist it will be the 2010 2nd rounder. Cavs keep the 46th pick. Was probably already posted didnt feel like reading.
