I honestly don't care anymore about that draft as much as I care about us attaining a solid big man such as:

Chandler

But if Clark/Jennings/Johnson/someone really good falls and we don't take them I think that's a huge mistake.

What need does Budinger fill?!?!

Buddinger could be a role player at best. Maybe a shooter off the bench like Kyle Korver? I would hate to see us trade down for him, especially if Jennings or Clark is there. This draft is weak, why not role the dice.

We're not trading down or taking Budinger at 14. They're trying to trade up late 1st or early 2nd for one of he or Gibson according to conflicting rumors.

2nd time poster who's about to get some sleep in Taiwan. Have an excellent draft, fellow Suns fans, and here's to hoping that Kerr doesn't trade Stat for cash considerations and a 20 mil dollar contract expiring turd sandwich by the time I wake up. buenas noches

They will make some trades to pick up budinger late first round or early second. Also, the talks with GS are very hot right now. 95% Amare will be gone today fellas. Half the NBA are calling the suns to talk trades. Houston is calling the suns for this deal: tmac/landry for jrich/barbosa/tucker

Now that sounds more like the right kind of value for TMAC. Turns Richardson into a useful expiring and adds some low-post toughness. Really would like to see the deal re-worked somehow to leave Barbosa out of it. PHX would be PRIMO in 2010 though. Every option open to rebuild the team. Thanks for the info IHG

Hey IHG--check this out. I have a bad feeling that the Spurs are shopping your namesake to PHI for Brand. I'm very scared:

Parker/ Hill
Mason/ Finley
Jefferson/ FA
Brand/ FA
Duncan/ Mahinmi

That starting 5 gives me nightmares........

Return to Phoenix Suns
