TJ Ford

So, the Pacers are reportedly shopping TJ Ford.

I haven't thought about a deal, but do you think #19 and SNT Flip Murray is enough?

Flame on.

I'd do that.

Ford to take Bibby's place; Crawford to take Murray's place. I'd call that improvement.
My mother told me, she said, "Elwood, to make it in this world you either have to be oh, so clever or oh, so pleasant." Well, for years I was clever; I recommend pleasant.

I would love to see that go through. I'd rather try to work out some sort of deal for Rondo but Ford would probably come at a much cheaper price.

I thiink that most of us would have much rather seen TJ ford come in than Crawford.

Rondo's also an option and cheaper but after next year, it's gonna be another headache when both JJ and Rondo needs to be re-signed.

I have not gone through research yet, but I think the #19, #49 and Flip/Marv and rondo/scalabrine should work wonders. But I think this is too much to give.

i would but i also think ford is the much bigger risk given his injury history. seeing as he is one of the most injury prone guys in the league.

I think we should do a sign and trade with Marvin Williams for Ford.

and start who at small forward? mo evans? that would be pretty ugly.

especially considering how quick he is to pick up fouls when playing good offensive small forwards, which the east is full of.

Start Joe at SF, Crawford at SG, and TJ at pg. But starting Mo would not be the end of the world. The Lakers and Orlando both did pretty well starting him on the wing.

Marvelous is worth much more than Ford.

the lakers and the magic also dont have an undersized frontcourt AND an incredibly poor defensive backcourt like the hawks would have.

Marvin williams is the hawks best perimeter defender by far. and he happens to play the position that is the most stacked with offensive talent in the east.
