VC is better than Hedo. If this trade goes through Magic may need to work on their bench. Also who is to say the magic do not resign Hedo?
Reggie stood out like a sore thumb no tattoos no agenda no chirping nothing Just a guy who could score at will He played college ball at Northeastern he replaced Larry as Celtics captain he belonged to Boston.
And I still miss him. Even now.

Fixed. Lee is gonna be a good starting SG for a long time, Carter...not so much. Lee+Harris+Lopez+#11 is a good foundation.

It makes sense for Orlando, Carter's a Florida native. It's not as if they're selling the farm for him. However, if I'm Orlando, I need a true power forward. If you lose Turkoglu, on the bright side, Lewis can shift back to his natural position of small forward.

Portland really wants Turkoglu from what I'd read, but I feel like their emphasis should be more toward signing one of the three free agent veteran point guards or trade for Nash.

Personally, I wouldn't get nervous too early from what both Washington and Cleveland have done, and what Orlando possibly might do as it pertains to the teams in the eastern conference. Remember how people were looking at Philadelphia after they'd signed Brand? How did that work out...? Hence, why you don't predict a team's success just by what they've on paper. Sometimes, it's better to have chemistry than the most talented players. Boston still has their chemistry among the starters. It's their bench that needs an overhaul.

As for the trade, Carter would DOMINATE playing with Howard. I don't think he ever played with a legit Center before. We would have LeBron+Shaq, Carter+Howard, Ray+Pierce+KG contending for the top of the EAST...this is fun...I love draft day..can't wait to see the other moves from tonight..hopefully somebody pulls a blockbuster trade...not us though..I want us to just keep it as is..maybe ship out some of our deep bench guys for a solid vet..but nothing major.

Our starters are solid but lets be honest they are getting up there in age and this is the age were injuries are more likely to happen. KG is coming off knee surgery, PP will have minor surgey to remove spurs. Our big 3 have a lot of miles on them.

You're on crack if you think this. Lee in his best year will never replicate the stats that VC will get this year, despite being on the wrong side of 30.

Carter is injury prone too..so is Shaq. Injury happens...Im just saying, that the dude came here and said we BETTER make moves, as if our starting 5 sucked or something. These guys just won an NBA championship one year ago. We're fine...we need to rebuild our bench..no major moves are necessary IMO. A few intelligent, vets for the bench to go along with Marbs, Eddie, Powe and BBD and we are locked and loaded.
