Hold up Shaq said today that he hasn't talk to anyone about a trade. He hasn't talk to Steve Kerr and he hasn't talk with anyone on the Cavs.

Welcome Cavs130! And Shaq has already blessed the trade and it is official. However, because of a technicality we cannot send our 2nd round pick this year, so Phoenix has agreed to us sending them next years second round pick. So expect us to pick at the 46th spot tonight

Good trade Cav fans, for one you stay flexible for 2010 and you get a quality scorer in the post which is way better than what you had in Z. I know some have ripped your team on the GB for this deal but as we can see everybody here on RealGM doesn't understand ball much less the business of it.

I'm not gonna lie, I can't wait until you guys rip the Celtics to shreds. I predict a 4-0 regular season win right now. As far as the Magic is concerned, getting Shaq now helps LeBron with a "go to" guy for easy buckets something I feel you didn't have in your series with them. Seems like when you needed a bucket it was all LeBron all the time.

The only possible negative this will have from a playing stand point is the lanes will be clogged for LB now. Shaq commands so much attention teams are fearful of playing him in an ISO situation. LeBron will see now the defenses that Kobe and Wade face in regards to how team sag on Shaq.

All in all it was a good deal........now you guys can join us as teams that have backed up the Brinks truck and made off well !

Ok now that the Magic are trying to make a move, its time for the big dogs, Can we do a S&T with CV and Luke Ridnour for Wally/1st/cash? Or would theyhave to extend the qualifying offer to him and then we give him an extension. I dont know if they would just let him walk for the MLE but if they would then we use Wally S&T for something else.

Add another big with Andy's money{Rasheed or Mcdyess} offer sheet for Grant Hill or try to trade for Raja Bell. Vince who? ask Kobe about Bell wait I think Sasha was pretty effective against Vince a few yrs ago. This will play out rather well for Orlando through out the season however the playoffs contain a little more pressure and Vince hasn't handled playoff pressure to well

I think we need to bring out our top secret weapon. Not the S&T with Wally but.........

the 2011 1st unprotected

if everyone thinks that Lebron will leave and we will lose half our roster. Would we really put together a roster worthy of the playoffs with everyone clearing capspace. If Lebron leaves we lose the leverage in the 2010 Free agency period and will likely be left with the scraps.

So obviously the 2011 pick should be a lottery pick. I cant see Mo,Boobie,Delonte, AV, and JJ carrying a team. I think we should get a trade and give the team the right to swap 2011 picks. So maybe we can work a S&T Wally/2009 1st/ 2011 right to swap/ cash for Gerald Wallace/Nazr.(I know....Again) Just an example but I think we can get a legit wing or even CV this way with a package for CV and Ridnour.

Just don't offer Varejao a contract extension and we'll be fine.
