I said if we were not able to get Rubio, that Evans is my second option, I just never imagined a scererio where we would pass on Rubio. The reports were out there in full abundance that the Kings liked Evans, so no one should be suprised. Tyreke is going to be a star and get to the rack at will.

He is NOT a point. Because HE PLAYED IT doesnt mean he is. Everyone knows and will see HE IS NOT A REAL POINT GUARD.

That was also said LAST year, when we took Thompson and also the year before when we took Hawes.

I trust Petrie. I'm totally happy with the Tyreke pick, but man oh man, I kinda wanted Rubio moreso for the style of play that he would have brought to the team. Oops to Martin and pick n rolls with Thompson would have been sweet.

I dont care if the kings LIKED evans more YOU HAVE TO TRADE RUBIO TO MINNESOTA at worst.

I hate petrie.

His TRADES HAVE SUCKED, WEBBER, BIBBY, ARTEST THE LIST GOES ON AND ON.

Either Bilas or JVG (wasn't paying attention to who was talking at the time) commented about how Evans was the 3rd best prospect in the draft AND was the best PG in the draft. I don't think there is anything to complain about with our pick.

Grade the Draft: Evans, Casspi, Brockman and Sergio Rodriguez (via trade)
