Who are we Trading Flynn for?

Who are we trading Flynn for? I am glad we got rubio but where will Flynn be going? We don't have an SG yet.

I am a little worried. I hope they don't plan to play rubio and Flynn. I thought we had DeRozan for sure

we're not trading him. we just got two of the top four players in this draft. if the Rubio/Flynn back court doesn't work you trade one of the two. I know a lot of you will hate this but i love it.

Flynn for DeRozan, maybe?

I hope so at least. We managed to dodge the Stephen Curry at the Shooting Guard bullet and then draft a guy who is even less of a two.

I think Kahn took Flynn because he's unsure if Rubio will play next season, or worried about the buyout.

With the way that he's been talking up Telfair all summer, that doesn't make a ton of sense either.

Theoretically, you would think if the Wolves would keep anyone, it would be Flynn since he will cost less than Rubio for being the later of the two draft picks.

Derozan is weak, Flynn is good

Yeah, didn't make sense to ramble about Telfair being a great back-up point guard, and then he gets pushed to 3rd strong? Bobby Brown's getting cut? He'd be stupid to turn down his player option.

Doubt there is a gaping hole at the 1.

I heard earlier in the day that you guys traded 6 and something for 2...but then those whispers stopped happening. Late night trade with Memphis for second consecutive year?

They can't play together... Flynn at pg and rubio at sg? that is a horrible idea.
We still need a SG. Badly I hope Khan has something up his sleeves.

The Wolves will keep Ricky Rubio and Jonny Flynn with the intention of creating a situation similar to what Detroit had in Isiah Thomas and Joe Dumars, according to the Star Tribune.

Everybody was so excited that rubio slipped to 5, but it left us without a good pair for the 6th pick. I think the wolves took who they felt was the BPA (many may disagree) and see if the right trade comes around. If not, let these two young guys play it out and see what happens.
