Wow, a lot of these 1st round guys are going to be massive busts and there are going to be like 10 steals in the 2nd round.
This draft is surely not going to produce a crazy amount of stars but its going to be filled with solid legitimate role players that last 8 to 12 seasons.

So. I don't get it. Why did the Thunder and the Mavericks just 'swap' picks? Why didn't they pick them in that order to begin with? Is there nothing else in the trade?

As a USC fan, I'm not really in love with Gibson, he's shown flashes and been overall consistent, but sometimes he would just force it horribly. Maybe Blair's knees were left in Pittsburgh.

EDIT:Plus he is older.

Portland just picked the best player avalaible who was no other but Victor Claver. 2 more years in Europe and he will come completely ready to be a solid NBA starter.

Maybe it's something about playing for Pitt, because I seem to remember a few years ago Chris Taft went from one of the top picks in the draft to a guy a year later that was taken in the second round and is now out of the league. Blair seems to be following that path.
