Great guess. Its tough to know right now, but maybe I can narrow it down a little:

1. In 2010, I'm going to over-estimate the salary cap drops from $58.68 mil to $55 mil
2. Rookie salaries can be 80% to 120% of scale, but right now, i'm just using 100%.
3. We don't know how much guaranteed salary we will add with 2010 picks. Let's assume $4 mil .. a high pick from us, and one late pick coming.

I come up $15,652,648, so you got it.
