Other Teams: How do they have to spend?
Detroit has 20M dollars, Portland has 7M. Does anybody know how much Atlanta, Memphis, OKC, and Toronto has in Cap space to spend on free agents.

This has nothing to do with the Lakers, why should the Lakers care how others spend their money ?
