Post#1 » by ChazzleDazzle » Fri Jun 26, 2009 5:36 pm

These trades both involve current BYC players, and won't work until that status expires (which I think is June 30, but correct me if I'm wrong).

Wolves Give

Rights to Nikola Pekovic
Rights to Ricky Rubio

Warriors Give

Rights to Stephen Curry

1 - Flynn/Telfair
2 - Curry/Brewer
3 - Azubuike/Brewer
4 - Love/Jefferson/Songaila
5 - Jefferson/Biedrins

Wolves Give
Brian Cardinal
Mark Madsen
Rights to Nikola Pekovic
Rights to Jonny Flynn
Future First - Top 20 protected

Sacramento Gives

I'd heard that rumor. Has it been confirmed?

K-Mart is a very nice fit next to Rubio. I don't see the Kings trading him though.

First, both of these deals are pipe dreams. Second, where's Tyreke Evans? Third, I think GSW would rather have Flynn, and SAC Rubio (but their PG is already settled with Evans and Sergio).

Like the 2nd one better. I think Sacto might want to move a long term contract and go with a Flynn-Evans back court. I also think we could still pry Evans away from Sacto by taking on Beno (who is an overpaid PG there too). Beno and Evans for Flynn, Pekovic, and Cardinal could work. Flynn and Martin as the backcourt with Rodriguez gives them only Nocioni as a bad contract

It looks like Biedrins is going to the Suns and i am pretty sure Westphal doesn´t want to stink big time with the Kings right away.

I think the FO should look for something along these lines...

MN PHX
Clark for Flynn
Jrich for Songolia + Cardinal + Bassy
Utah pick to phx

al
love
clark
jrich
rubio

Isn't fully destructive to our cap and helps the phx rebuild. couple that with the amare trade and phx is well on the way to rebuild.
