Yeah if that is the case, Burke may have problems trading Kaberle or he will get a better return then Anaheim. Kaberle has 4 more years at a $4.25 friendly cap hit.

Now I can't wait to watch the Pens play the Islanders.

That was awesome on the Island. Good for Islanders fans. They now have something to cheer about.

I'm happy Colorado took Duchene. He said he was a big Colorado and Sakic fan growing up. He will get to play with his idol.

That's why I am hoping for Kreider to the B's. The whole story line.

Then again, sometimes for some people, that's too much pressure.

Yeah that might be too much pressure because of him being a first rounder. Malone didn't have pressure in Pittsburgh because he was a 3rd rounder. And there were only 10,000 fans at the arena helps too.

This is great. My two favorite teams pick back to back, so I can watch while they pick and then switch to the Brewer game until the 2nd round.

Draft is going down the way it should. No surprises so far. After the next pick, anything can happen.

Awesome pick. Really hoping he pans out...for obvious reasons.

Hope that doesn't sound racist.

No, it doesn't. I hope he does too. It would help with the Black community. Laraque helped big time here in Pittsburgh. He got a lot of the black community involved in hockey and now some of the younger kids are playing hockey because of it.

I'm sure the Pens wouldn't mind giving them Dupuis and another scrub at the trade deadline for him.
