not trying to be rude, but A)everyone keeps posting that AP article from different sources as if it's not the same AP article, B)Coro's already said no deal w/o Curry.

THE END.

Sorry but Steph Curry is ours.....

How about AB, Maggette, BWright, Marco and 2010 for Ama're? Is Kerr willing to pull this deal?

I'll keep it crystal clear with you and no sugar-coating; we're keeping Steph and want Ama're. Double dippping in it's rawest form, deal or no deal. We'll wait for Ama're in 2010 if Kerr doesn't pull the trigger in the next 2 weeks.

Maggette has negative trade value in what phoenix wants

I completely agree. I am not one for Curry but I am usually wrong about scouting player's talent.

@GSDOUBLEU Ws won't give up Curry, I'm told. Have to do the deal w/out him if they still want to do it. Suns assuredly feel doublecrossed.

I'd have to say no. Your FO already pulled out of the "Gentlemens Agreement" that we had. You guys were picking for us, not thinking Curry was going to be available, then reneged on the deal. Then your FO tried to call us liers, when teams all over the NBA KNEW what was going on. Thats not good. Good luck dealing with other teams in the future with you lying FO! Less trades and less FA's for you!

Bad form, i say BAD FORM!!!!

And go ahead and wait on Amare, because if the GS deal with Curry doesnt go down, we will find another team that will give him a max money contract for 5 years, so GS might finally be able to get Amare when he's Shaqs age. Just admit it, this was your chance to get Amare and your FO blew it. Man, i thought Kerr was bad (and he is!), but GS takes the cake!

Deal appears dead. GSW has dug in their heels and will lose face if they change their stance. Could be angling for Barbosa, but I'm not sure. I think this is just about to become a moot point, but boy is it going to give Golden State's front office a bad rep.

What's done is done, and what's not happening isn't happening....

But I'd rather have a conniving FO than a (Please Use More Appropriate Word) one.

As a Warriors fan, I can say with absolute certainty the front office already has a bad reputation, so this "incident" does not change things. The Suns front office is just as pathetic. Both sides were blowing hot air and it seems the fans from both teams got what they wanted( Warriors keep Curry and Suns keep Amare).

No problem if other players or other FO's view this as we're a shady orginization. No sweat off of our backs. We'll be fine.

Good luck on trying to get a better deal for Ama're.......... Trust me you won't.............

Look, I'll be the first to say I'm not an Amare fan anymore. His ego is to big and what I once thought was just confidence has turned to arrogance and bravado.

That being said. If we keep him he's just going to average 30 & 8 for the first half of the season and make everyone that didn't make a deal for him while he was available wish they had.

Agree 100%. Amare will put up PHENOMENAL numbers this season, proving he deserves a max contract.

If we did take Randolph (which i would prefer) i think we should also get a future 1st round pick to help take away the pain from the knife that is sticking out of our back.

is the question, "which player is more untouchable?"

seriously though, if you're right and the Warriors were to bend to trading AB, AR and Wright for Stat... then you'll be able to see the angry-torch-bearing crowd in Oakland from AZ.

What a mess. Regardless, that's why you get the deal done BEFORE the draft starts. Kerr needs to stand his ground though. Curry/Randolph or an unprotected 2010 1st rounder. Anything less than that is unacceptable. And I hope LB isn't part of the deal.
