Some of these are old news and blugenied to death, others are kinda new, common sense and similar, but each has a door the Pacers can pursue with their overload at PG.
Under the cap:
Toronto -- Has Caledron but not much underneath him. Marcus Banks is weak defensively, and is one of the few contracts near Tinsley's that are as bad on their own.
Atlanta -- They traded for Jamal Crawford to team with Joe Johnson at the 2/3, but it leaves them with nothing behind Bibby and he's UFA come July 1.
Charlotte -- They have DJ Augustin and one of the few head coaches in the league that could get the best out of Tinsley in Larry Brown. Felton could cost too much to bring back if he finds the right deal this summer.
Chicago -- If Gordon parts ways and they do end up trading Hinrich, it leaves them with nothing behind Derrick Rose in Chicago.
Detroit -- They are saving for an open move into 2010, but could be willing to part with some of it for Carlos Boozer amongst others this summer. Team is also not sold on Stuckey as their PG of the future. Curry was also in Indiana as a player/coach during the Tinsley drama.
This is just a handful of situations that could open a Ford/Tinsley or maybe even both being traded from the team.
Thoughts???

Tinsley isn't going to get traded. We will buy him out, and then he will sign with one of those teams above.

If the buyout were that easy Larry Bird would have done it last season, but I don't think it's that easy.
If Tinsley requests all the money he's due, all 14.2 million of it, it doesn't hurt Indiana so much in 2009-2010 as it does 2010-2011.
The available room the Pacers have is indeed 10-11 million, that's proven.
However, going into 2010-2011, the available space, pending this summer is only 7 million, barring an economic turnaround.
Meaning if the Pacers use up most if not all that space in question. They will be looking needing to clear 3-5 million to avoid the luxury tax threshold.
LT threshold, meaning firesale, meaning guys who the Pacers don't want to trade for any reason we would be forced to trade just to clear cap.
Pacers are doing the right thing now, getting the guys out that they wouldn't need to firesale off later.

We're in a tough spot, hopefully there is a resolution in the near future or we just make the best with what we have.

JT to Milw Bucks for Gadz, or
JT to the Bobcats for Nazr
JT 2nd round pick to Atl for Paculia S&T
JT 2nd round picks to Detroit for Oberto.
Any of these makes me happy! Despite the crappiness of the players

Re: PG situations to watch....
Saw this proposal on the trade board and I think it makes sense for both teams.
Pacers trades Tinsley and Murphy, Sac trades Thomas and Nocioni.
Pacers get a guy who replaces Murphy's three point shot, ability to beat a slower big off the dribble, high bb iq, and toughness. He can't slide to the 5 the way Murphy can but Hansbrough probably could in a pinch. In terms of Pacer on floor not much if anything lost. Tinsley for an expiring is a win.
Sac gets a third guy to rotate with Hawes and Thompson. Tinsley is an upgrade over Udrich. Important since the likelihood of Evens being ready to do 30 to 35 min at pg a night is remote.
