GS is that other person. They knew we wanted this kid and once they realized that we wanted him that we would give up one of the best players in the league, they kept him. Even if curry was a turd, somehow GS would think it' a flower just because we wanted it.

FWIW, Larry Riley told a Warriors season ticket holder at a private event more than 2 weeks ago that Curry and Tyreke Evans were the two PGs the W's were interested in drafting, although he wasn't sure either would be there at #7.

Here's the link (posted on a W's message board on June 10th). Here's a similar item, specifically about Curry, from a W's beat writer on June 13th. Riley also raved at length about Curry on the record a few days before the draft.

IHG, I fully accept that you're accurately reporting what you hear from someone connected to the Suns front office -- even if this means they sometimes use you to float false rumors (like the one that you started this thread with), and there's not much you can do about it.

But you probably should keep yourself away from fantasizing about what goes on with other teams' front offices. 'Cause when you do that, you make yourself look like an uninformed, overly emotional fanboy.

Amare is such a freak. I wish he would stay, man. Give me Chandler, re-up Amare and let's roll!

The best of the Amare compilation vids i think. I showed my wife this (she's Asian and didn't know the NBA) when I started indocrtinating her as an NBA fan.

52 seconds and 4:20.

Give that ninja max, trade for Rubio to develop under Nash and let those two bastards get to work.

In a perfect world.

When the guy gets hurt or leaves PHX for nothing will you still say that? It's an honest question...
