Who's down with sending Flynn to next years lottery?

Post#1 » by Calinks » Sun Jun 28, 2009 6:02 pm

Insta number one pick! I can see him talking to the lottery balls and convincing them to let the wolves one come out at the number 1 spot. I small part of me almost wants Flynn to miss a few games so he can come in as guest commentator for a half.

Yeah, I'd love the #1 pick in 2010, but it's most likely John Wall, so we'd have to trade someone. Flynn would likely crap his pants much the way Love would have this year.

Wall/Rubio would be a nice backcourt. Good size too.

How about the Wolves just completely beast this year now that we know for sure that Rubio is buying a townhouse in Minnetonka and is already learning how to use public transit to get to the Target Center. So the Wolves beast, Rubio and Flynn tie for rookie of the year honors, we end up just barely missing the play-offs, but then win the lottery. Of course none of the options up there excite me just yet, maybe if Evan Turner has a great season.

Pfffftttttt we all know some unknown bigman beast will come out and be the number one prospect. Some dude who it 7 feet and 400 pounds of muscle. We will call him "The Thing".

Probably the only time in the history of existence that I would prefer the Knicks to get the #1 pick over us

Watching that pick then head on out to Utah would made me happier than having John Wall on this roster, especially after this week with those (Please Use More Appropriate Word) Knicks fans and their posts regarding Rubio

Do you think that David Kahn will delegate that role the way Mchale did. I sincerely doubt it.

Out with the old ways and in with the new.

Yeah we do, then they can get all the "YOU HAVE DERON AND WALL! NATE AND LEE FOR WALL!" onslaught from Knicks fans...

I want Wall on the Bobcats. I'm tired of seeing them struggle. I never get to see bobcat games for jack either. The wolves play them twice and I swear one of their games always goes untelevised. Bobcats get no respect.

If the Bobcats get Wall, that means we don't get their pick and it's pushed to 2011.

I want the #1, #13, and #15 picks in the draft next year. Then we can move up and get that 7-foot Donatas guy, assuming there's no buy-out, and Evan Turner.

We'd be sexy.

C - Donatas/Love
PF - Jefferson/Songalia
SF - Turner/Gomes
SG - Flynn/Brewer
PG - Rubio/Telfair

bobcats have DJ Augustin. They are good at the pg. Maybe they can play Wall with him?

Then Utah trade it to us for their own pick back to save on cap space would make it just perfect

Rubio/Flynn/Telfair
Flynn/Ellington
Turner/Brewer
Jefferson/Love/Songuila
Aldrich/Jefferson
