I know I said I wasn't going to reply, but take a look at this and please explain to me how DJ helped the team: http://www.82games.com/0809/0809DEN1.HTM

Worst by far offensively, tied for worse defensively with LK. You could see this from watching games too. I do appreciate role players, just not ones who stink it up like this. And again, having one good series does not change anything. He still was a liability the rest of the playoffs. Now I'm done.

I just figure if a player shows the effort and hear Dahonty showed he deserves a return deal.

Will never forget that dunk he had on Erick Dampier in the 2nd round of the playoffs...high energy plays like that have an impact on the rest of the team that cannot be described on paper.

Now, we return to the original broadcast - Ty Lawson

Thank God this kid is loved by Coach Karl...Georgy almost creamed his pants introducing Ty to the Nuggets organization. Someone like Lawson, an NCAA championship winner (just like Melo), could immediately benefit the team if given the opportunity. And I think George realizes that.

Can't wait for the season to start

Love the Lawson pick.....

As far as bringing guys back - I say we keep em all, but use Balkman/Hunter as bait and pick up someone like Brandon Bass, Pryzbilla, Zaza, etc.....

As far as AC - hustle, decent defense, but a good backup pg. DJ is a good backup 2 guard - he can penetrate, he can defend. Notice, Snake and Nutty, the word "backup" - I don't need or want to get into it with either of you, but I give the nod to bringing both back as backups for a) team consistency and b) bench depth. Hustle is not overrated, and neither is a positive attitude. These guys bring both, and they bring their all every night. Off the bench, that's what you WANT.

Anderson will be resigned. Our team will be very, very good next year....
