No worries Rev and wasn't offended, simply trying to poke fun. I can only speak for myself and had indiacted before I have been and am coaching in a high school program (I think your thread on a stats program may have been the last place I made any mention though). Again, no worries and I am not near as active as others with posting. For what it is worth, I am in my 12th year with my current program, not including camps or past AAU coaching (have to have some time for increasing family).

I am sure there may be others who have longer tenures and/or more knowledge. Just piped up for them and meant it more teasingly and not a big deal.

Seriously, Kobe could score 200 on Rubio.

Rubio can guard an european SG, he can play off the ball offensively (never as a spot shooter) and he'll dribble and create tons of spaces, but NEVER guard any NBA SG.

Rubio-Flynn could work if the opponent doesn't have a slasher-scoring SG (not everyone is a Kobe/LeBron), because I think Rubio can hold his own against shooters and not very big SG's, but if we put on the mix a good SG, it becomes difficult.

Rubio has defensive issues right now with PG's (he needs to get strong), let alone SG's...

Not fishing for accolades, but thank you. Longevity is not always easy, especially in the metro area.

Would rather not reveal the school on the board here at this time, no offense. Though it isn't the largest school, it is fairly well known and keeping some anonimity is nice. Quite possibly when my run there is done, and outside committments (job/family) may accelerate that, but not at this time. I will note that this latest run has been with the girls/women's program, so probably haven't crossed any other coaches' paths here. Maybe when I was coaching the AAU teams, but that was awhile ago (nine-ish years ago the last time), so possibly not.
