Whenever you hear "a little birdie" you know it was just some crack induced hallucination he had. It never works. I'm pretty sure that little birdie told him McHale was coming back as coach to.

eh, he has called a lot of the Favre stuff. And, as Doogie said yesterday, Shooter does have a lot of connections.

There is no doubt in my mind that he has a lot of connections. I am certain he gets the highest quality crack and other illegal narcotics.

for the millionth time. Flynn and Rubio will play together. Rubio is a SG size, flynn plays offense very well off the ball. Neither will be traded unless it is for a quality offer.

btw, I posted this in the rubio thread last night.

Does anybody know Ricky's listed height from the draft measurements?

I hope when Rubio's plane landed, we had Flynn waiting on the tarmac for him with a big smile on his face and a gift certificate to Burlington Coat Factory.
"A while back,'' Cardinal said, "I took a picture of the standings and texted it to Love, just to bust his chops,'' Cardinal said. "He sent me a picture back of a snowdrift.''

Remember when Shooter exactly called the Trenton Hassell to Dallas trade out of nowhere? I think even he was surprised that he got that right.

It was posted a couple times. anywhere between 6'4 and 6'5 with 6'8/6'9 wingspan. He never got officially measured at the draft combine.

Rubio and Flynn will be a bigger back court (as in size) then 60% of the NBA had this season.

They can work together

In regards to...

I'm noticing a developing theme from you. One sentence posts without any backing that just knock the Wolves' decisions.

On the Al and Alma's cruise, were you thinking Viking's style or non-Viking's style?

Supposedly he got measured by the Kings and he came out as 6'5 in shoes and with a 6'8 wingspan.

There are lots of great place to show in MN and we have to assume he's aware of that. As long as he's focusued on the NBA in MN, we're in good shape.

To me, the quiet feedback is a positive sign all parties are out to get it done. Kahn stated that he spoke with Fegan the afternoon of the draft, and if there weren't issues then , I can't see why there would be issues now. The only "problem" I see is the reality that Fegan did not know Kahn would select flynn next at #6. I've warmed up to the idea of Rubio and Flynn playing together. I think Flynn is in, and I think the Rubester will be too. Screw Fegan.

I agree. Right now is like being a Packer fan for the last 4 years and having to sit back wondering what Brett would do every single day? I wish so badly Rubio would just come out and say all the right things, get fans excited for him to come to MN and boost his image in all of our eyes, not saying anything might just be harmful. Say what you want about this being a tough time on him but he is slated to make millions of dollars from here on out and just got picked by the one team at the top of the draft that has some solid talent and wasn't afraid to take a chance with him, what is so bad about that, RICKY!?!?

There is nothing to lose by trying the Rubio-Flynn experiment out and if the Wolves have come to him saying he is the man and will start at PG right away, I don't see why he would think any differently!
"I need some Spanish. How do I say, Ricky please come to Minnesota, play PG for us PLEASE? AND has anyone ever told you that you sound like the lucky charms guy? Imagine his assists are the cereal and we all want his lucky charms" -Kevin Love

Fegan's just following the same gameplan he did when he said that Yi wouldn't come to a small market or compete for minutes with Charlie Villanueva, except he's been less vocal with the media and this time he doesn't have the weight of the Chinese government behind him. If Kahn's persistent with selling the situation to Rubio and patient dealing with the buyout situation, Rubio should be in a Wolves uni eventually.
