All Flynn talk here

There does not seem to be a solid Jonny Flynn thread. So here we go.

http://www.draftexpress.com/article/Jon ... hree-3278/

this thread does not mention Rubio. Take that as a warning. This is a fan appreciation page for Jonny Flynn

about 1min into it Brandon "big mouth" Jennings says Flynn is the best if not a top 3 pg in this draft.

Interesting. about the 550 mark or so he mentioned the comment about his agent saying Him or Rubio will be traded. (*broke my own rule)

Jonny Flynn I think he has the drive, the talent and personality for this state.

the main thing I wanna see from Flynn here this year,

the explosion that the timberwolves have been lacking at the point for years from the point guard and to see if he can develop into leader I have been hearing about that well take time.

but It's going be fun to see this team all season.

Also Flynn vs Love rookie sophomore game hopefully.

He has a great professionalism in those journals. They are not script and he does a good job with them.

Interesting thing is in the interview he mentions the trade he talks afterwards about becoming a MN fan, and being excited about MN. Makes me believe he feels Rubio is gone and not him.

(*ok, no Rubio talk)

Flynn has the ceiling of Lowry, if he can improve his decision making, get better on the pick/roll I could see a very nice young pg. He get to the line, he shoots well, he is athletic, and he tries on defense. Sounds like a good pg prospect.

Flynn has the ceiling of Lowry? I think you mean floor. Flynn is going to be a stud. Lowry is, um, well he's not.

Flynn's going to make a lot of fans in Sota.

Yeah, if Flynn were to become our guy for the future instead of the other guy who shall remain nameless, I wouldn't be mad at all. I really like Jonny Flynn a lot and was thrilled when the Wolves picked him.

You've been slipping lately. I'm quite disappointed in you. Apparently the homework and wifey are distracting you.

Where else did I slip?

yea, this book report is killing me. The majority of it has to be in latin and my latin skills are really underdeveloped. I hope to finish the rough draft tonight and get it to my editor, but we will see.

Oh you know. We're on to you Rev. ;-)

If you'd stay away from this forum, you'd probably get more done.

I have a feeling Flynn will be the Wolves version of Torii Hunter, not necessarily the best player on the team (I.e. Johan), but at times the most exciting, always the most charismatic, and as a result the most popular.

Flynn will be a huge assett to this team. I respect his game, but more importantly his passion to play for the Wolves. If we fill in another piece or 2, in couple years we could potentially be the Best in the West. Let's go Minny!
