Pekovic is far from "a little extra" but if it was needed to get Jordan with Gordon and our first back then I would do it. but a Rubio-Griffin-Pekovic lineup would be loaded.

you guys are stuck. YOu do realize Rubio is holding all the cards. You are going to have to trade him to the knicks whether its the best deal or not.

in that case I'd trade him to any of Knicks' division rivals for a bottle of gatorade.......don't think the Knicks get whatever they want, just because NY is a big city doesnt means you guys are the god, give it up that ego bro............admit it, NY sucks.......you wonder why they haven't touch playoff for so long even they are the richest team every year, money simply can't buy you everything yankees

Re: Who would you trade Rubio 4?
All right, Gordon still just 20 years old shot a good % from the field and the 3, is very good at the line
You guys rate Rubio a little higher, I rate Gordon a little higher, I really like Gordon I think he well have better career Rubio you guys see it the other way nothing wrong with that.
And also in 1 or 2 years from now I know he's young and I hope I'm wrong it would great If I was wrong, this what I see feel free to tell me where I'm wrong
My negatives of Rubio
first negative is his agent
Lacks the great explosiveness,His jumper, his release point is low, already has a big ego,And I also don't know if when his contract runs out if he is good, his agent will want him out of Minnesota.
if he is a special player what I'm I missing?

I never understood this argument.
1.) We hold his rights. Which means if he ever, ever wants to play in the NBA it has to be with us.
2.) He has said numerous times his dream is to play in the nBA
3.) Thus...we have the power.
We drafted Jonny Flynn with our pick. We moved 2 expiring guards that were not part of our long-term plan for Rubio. Jefferson is not going to be back/healthy until Christmas. So we can be patient. The only think rubio can do is go back to europe for a year or 2 and we are cool with that. We can wait.
So who has that power again?

This will be a good thread in 3-4 years when Rubio is a restricted free agent! Until then the potential of rubio will not get fair value in return.

he'll never get to RFA if he doesn't snap out of it and honor his NBA Draft selection

I will say that a Flynn-Gordon-Love-Jefferson-Jordan-Gomes-Ellington lineup would be one long, above average starting SF and 2 years from making a heck of a lot of noise.

OJ Mayo is one of the best defenders in the league, hes a two way player and hes a great passer and playmaker.

Am I crazy to like a trade with Charlotte? I know they have two pgs already, but the thought of pulling the Gerald''s away from them is appealing to me.

I like that lineup. I do not know if that is the best or worst we could do, but I have finally turned the corner from frustration to enjoying the Rubio Aucion.

from a kings fan, I would do it if you threw in another young player like brewer or smith. kings get 2 future all stars at the guard spots and brewer or smith to test out.
minny gets a wing scorer to compliment jefferson.
I like it, but i dont think sacramento would have the patcients to let them develop. too bad

I'd rather have the Christmas-Gay-Love combination than the Geralds.
Thats amazing
I like you masstransit and I'll come to NY board and console you and all the other Knicks fans once Rubio has made his first appearance in a Timberwolves jersey. And even if he does not. I know one thing 4 sure. He's not gonna end up in NY
