Magic are in big trouble, their owner doesn't want to pay the tax.

By the time playoffs start their starters will be dead tired. Carter is 34 too and not really an ironman.

So the Magic are defiently doing a sign and trade to send Hedu to Portland? Or will he just sign there? ... Because Portland will have alot of SF's on their roster: Trukoglu, Batum, Outlaw, Rudy .... Imagine Rudy Fernandez in a Boston uniform .... :D

We probably should make an offer but we have no chance at him. He wants money and a starting gig.

Yeah, and it'll be the same story with Pachulia. Both he and Gortat are twenty-five. It's feasible they're starters on most teams without a true starter.

I think Gortat will end up in Texas somewhere. I think he would be a great fit in SA personally. He would be terrific next to Duncan. Even Houston or Dallas could use his size. Orlando needs to get a PF and retool their bench to have a chance of going back to the Finals..

Rashard Lewis natural position is PF. The only thing that could possibly make a bigger defensive mess of Carter and Lewis on the wings is Ryan Anderson starting at the PF spot.

I think if this is the Orlando Magic come the start of the season SVG just go fired or hell he might quit again.

While I agree they will be bad defensively with Ryan Anderson, Shard, and VC, I don't think it will be because Shard is playing the 3. Because the 3, not the 4 is his natural position.

I'm surprised to see Gortat sign with Dallas. I was sure Houston would make a strong push for him for obvious reasons. Maybe they do like a deal for Dalembert better. But that's an unattractive contract.
