It all depends if the hawks resign Bibby or not. If they resign him, he'll have a shot at 9ppg, but even if Bibby isn't resigned, he'll probably be the fifth option behind Johnson/Crawford/Williams/Horford. So yeah, even if Bibby is resigned I'd probably say under though he will be an exciting player to watch develop.

Not sure if he gets over 9 minutes per game.

Those are my feelings. If after half a year, Teague is taking care of the ball well enough, I'd actually like to see a lineup with Teague/Flip/Crawford/Smoove/Horford once a game every now and then, just to push the ball and wear down the other team's starters.
