Jersey Change

Does anyone currently not like our Jerseys? I for one think it's boring along with our court color scheme. I'd be cool to get Jerseys back in the hayday of the early 90's, the black, purple and orange jerseys were so win. Maybe get our logo back in big bolded writing across the front instead of just "phoenix" or "phx". Anyone else think we should change our jerseys, hell it can't hurt our luck. :lol:

I love the old purple ones

I liked the black ones too, just not the blockish Sun...A sleek black one would be cool

The home and away jerseys are fine, if anything needs to be changed it's the orange alternate jerseys, the ones with "Phx" on them. They look to much like prison uniforms...

Yeah I loved those jerseys, maybe it's just nostalgic to me though.

I loved the fireball across the front of the jersey.

Just so much better than we currently have IMO.

Maybe do a spin off of the jersey, idk. I just really hate our jerseys and wish we'd change it up.

The Barkley era early nineties jerseys are my least favorites. Those are the ones you meant right? I like our current jerseys, they work without inducing a headache. I would not mind an update of the pre-Barkley era jerseys, particularly the short length. Those were my favorites, with nice a font and good colors.

edit: yeah I type slowly. Those are what I thought you meant.

I love the Orange jersey. Keep them. The others are good. Maybe not the purple one.

Yeah I liked the era before those too as posted by TASTIC, so either of those with a new spinoff look would be cool IMO.

Also did you guys like the court back when it was purple and orange or do you prefer how it is now?

Love the throwbacks. Not particularly enamored of the current jerseys, although the orange ones look way better in person than they do on TV. I liked the Barkley-era jerseys at the time, but I don't think they hold up very well. Mostly, I'd like to see purple re-emphasized. Just another reason I don't like $arver.

I actually like these, not too bad. Personally, I'd change the whole "PHX" thing (never did care for that) and maybe update, slightly, the actual font used for the names and numbers (again, not a huge fan of the big block letters). Finally, I would change the Suns basketball logo on the shorts.... though I guess the shooting downward could be symbolic, in a sense.

How come we're the only team that doesn't wear throwbacks? Those 80's uni's are sick, the Suns should wear them at least 3 or 4 times a year kinda like Cleveland does, okay well maybe not that much

--- I'm not a biog fan of the "property of whichever college" gray sweatshirt material and colour we use in the trim. I like the old "western" font from the Van Arsdale days up to just prior to Barkely -

I'd like to see a black variant uni with gold and purple. I like the PHX shorthand logo.
I reallly reallly dislike the "flaming ball of crap suns" logo they used for a few years

yeah they're not bad...though they look a little like the Warriors home white/away orange don't they?
