All of you are NOT going to believe this one... but the Hornets according to this source is interested in Mikki Moore for front court help...

If they want front court help then they should stop trying to trade Chandler.

I personally don't think Moore is THAT bad. If he had a full training camp to learn the defense, I could see him sticking around in a 5-10 mpg back-up center role (which, if we end up signing Rasheed Wallace, will be about all the time available anyway, imo). Yeah, there are infinitely better options out there, I just am not sure if any of them will be willing to sign for the veteran minimum. If someone better is out there and willing to sign for the vet min, then by all means. Personally, I would rather have him than Robert Swift, if for no other reason, because of durability. Not that Moore is great in that area, but it has taken Swift five years to reach the 82 games played (not in 1 season, in all five seasons combined) benchmark.
