The Suns need to move on the Tyson Chandler trade asap, sign Grant Hill and possibly Wilcox/McDyess. We are not title contenders because the lack of defense in the perimeter but will easily get us past the first round.

However, if the Suns create good chemistry, we will be surprise how much further they can go. If the Lakers lose both Ariza and Odom, the Artest signing won't be that impacting. I personally thing that they are 3 teams that are better than us in the western conference. The Lakers, spurs and blazers have better talent than us but with the Chandler trade, I think we won't be to far behind.

I agree. I think this team can still make playoffs, maybe win a round.
Bring back Marion, keep Nash and Amare, and let's see if they can rediscover any of the magic they had before. Why not? It might work. If you can resign G-Hill, then you have the same key players that did so well in the Dantoni era, just swapping Bell and Diaw for Hill and Richardson.

fisher - bryant - artest - odom - gasol

that´s real awesome - and nothing we can put anything against.

so let´s rebuild. it tough, it will hurt but come on kerr, just do it.

Yeah, I think I've come to this conclusion too. If an Amare trade goes through, get the young talent to help transition and/or speed up the process.

Blow it up, let the lakers, spurs and blazers fight with eachother for 3 years over a title... No way this lineup can contend w/ or w/o Chandler

bell and diaw > richardson and hill

The richardson trade was sooooo awful. That set us back just as badly as the KT trade.

It started w/ us giving 9 mil a year to Diaw which is absurd

^^ The Suns are definitely in wait and see mode until July 8th where they then can make trades such as the one discussed for Biedrens, a poo poo platter, and hopefully Curry or a 1st rounder. I mean if we do that Amare trade and land Biedrens than T Chandler is redundant. But if we don't do that trade than doing the Tyson trade makes sense. In my opinion the Stars will align for our moves after July 8th and something hopefully gets done sooner than later. I'm so ready for a baskeball decision to be made and be done with the salary dumps for financial flexibility :-?

Diaw played great for Charlotte once we traded him. He was shooting threes at a 40% clip. I'd rather have him than J-Rich and that's before you bring their contracts into the equation. We would have been better off trading Amare, keeping Bell and Diaw IMO. The J Rich trade was another short sighted move by our FO.

I have been saying the same thing since it happened. They could have gotton so much more for Amare then, then added it to what we already had. Our team would have been better at ball movement, defense and just all around smarter.

I agree completely. Bad move after bad move.
