Wally World

The Spurs still need a backup SF for RJ off the bench. Do some of you think Wally World have some game left to be a fit for the Spurs?

Depends on the price tag, for the right price i'd be open for it, however Mason is really our designated Spot-up shooter really.

I don;t want Wally with the Spurs. He looks like a guy who doesn't stick to the coach's plan.

I think a better option would be to make a play for Rudy Fernandez.
Younger, good shooter and a better slasher than Wally, there is star potential there. Apparently he's not happy in Portland either. Really would enjoy seeing him in the Black and Sliver.

The unhappiness part was mention after the Blazers made known their interest in Hedo Turkoglu. The Blazers since have lost out on Hedo as Toronto sign him long term. As for Fernandez, I wanted the Grizz to draft him a couple of yrs ago b4 they got Mayo. Truth be told, I don't see Fernandez being a Blazer for the long term.

No need for backup SF right now. It's not like he's gonna get many minutes anyways. Jefferson's arrival guarantees Finley's minutes gonna be cut but I doubt if pop will suddenly feel Finley can't play anymore considering he still started him last year. So I think we got our backup SF there. Michael Finley. I'd rather have us get Bowen back instead of going after Wally or anyone else.

Udoka struggled with the Spurs and appeared to lost his swagga from back with the Blazers. Trust that he won't be back. As for Bowen coming back, I suspect it will happen. How many minutesd will he play is the next question. As for Fin, yes I expect his minutes will really get cut if the roster gets thick b4 the season begins later on.

I would not even sign him for the minimum. Spurs don't need him at all.
