Bobby Jackson question from L.A.?

Post#1 » by Jajwanda » Tue Jul 7, 2009 7:50 am

Hey Kings fans do you think Bobby Jackson still has a good 12-20 mpg left in him at the triangle PG position.

How's his defense looking? I think the guy deserves a ring. (Ya I know I'm asking for it sorry, but it's a serious inquiry, or at least as serious as a fan can get).

I most certainly think he does. His offense was iffy last year, but the defense still looked good. I hope he joins a contender.

The answers are yes everywhere but in Los Angeles.

As others would, I would be extremely disappointed if Bobby went to the Lakers. But to answer the question, yes I do still think he has enough left in the tank to be a productive player in the right situation. His defense isn't near where it used to be, but it's still solid, and his offense is a little inconsistent at this point. But he's a wise vet that still gives it everything he's got every night.

I see Bobby going to SA, Orlando or Cleveland with Boston as a darkhorse.

I think San Antonio would be the most likely option for him they are gathering veterans on that team now and are ready for a strong run at a title, plus they could use him as a backup PG, Hill isn't ready for that yet

He's a got at least a year left in the tank, but I would rather see him go win a ring..and now that Ron is a laker, that ring will be won somewhere else...

If Duncan, Parker and Ginobilli are healthy the Spurs give Bobby the best chance at a ring outside of LA. Pop likes guys who come off the bench with fire in their belly.

The Spurs and Bobby seem like a good fit.
