Grant HIll and Davis
If we can get Grant HIll and then re sign Big Glen we should be in good shape for next year. Tyrone Lue doesn't matter to me one way or the other. I checked out CJ Miles's stats and he shoots a pretty good percentage so he might be a nice alternative to Hill if he goes to the KNicks. No matter what happens I'd be shocked in Tony Allen is on the team next year. Ditto for Pruitt. I think Hudson has already moved ahead of Pruitt after only one summer league game. I also see GIddens sticking over Walker but Walker has a shot to make the team depending on what happens with the small forward free agents we are chasing. As for big men , if we sign Davis we're pretty well set although it would be nice to have one more big body to ride the bench in case of injuries etc. Swift and Sweetney are out of shape and Fazekas is too slow. Of the 3 I think Swift is the only one who has a remote chance and that would only be if he got himself in shape. ROgers has a shot but if we sign HIll there's no way. Anyhow I like the Wallace move and if we can nab HIll and keep Davis then I'll be satisfied with the off season. Hudson looks like a perfect energy guy off the bench. My one fear is that with him and House and potentially Lue we are really small in the back court when we go to our bench. I suppose you can play HIll at big guard and let him handle the ball.

Davis is a waste of cap space with Sheed on the bench. I would prefer a big that plays 10-15 mins max and i think a combination of Scal and Swift can definitely do that. If not, we can sign a vet or make a trade for a disgruntled one by the all star break during the season.
Pruitt is good to keep around as a 3rd string backup 2 gaurd to Ray if Hill signs... or whoever else we sign for the wing. I also dont mind Pruitt in 5-10 minute samples in general. It's true that he doesn't assert himself but he plays good defense, doesn't turn it over, and can hit an open shot.
Come to think of it, a comittee of Hudson, Pruitt, and House can back up Rondo in certain situations.
