I think Harris has close to a 7ft wingspan if I remember the dx article correctly.

Sounds like Trenton Hassell with a little more offenssive ability...which I would be completely ecstatic about...

Too bad we didn't use one of our 2nd rounders on a young wing (like Danny Green at #45)

Yeah I remember reading Harris measured out at 6'3 in shoes with a 6'11 (and a half?) wingspan. Something along those lines....pretty ridiculous. Flynn should make him look good enough to earn a spot on our guard starved roster.

I wouldn't mind giving Coby Karl a look at the 2. He can play a bit and it would give Flynn a chance to get used to playing off a 6'5" white kid with floppy hair.

I don't know if I could get past my hatred of his father. The elder Karl sucks.

OJ Mayo is one of the best defenders in the league, hes a two way player and hes a great passer and playmaker.

He's been playing with the Celtics in the Orlando Summer League.

He was DNP Coaches Decision (edit: in the first game) and he went 5-9 for 18 points in 32 minutes in the second game.

Damn Ryan Anderson went off on the Celtics in that game. I liked him when I watched the Nets play, I was surprised they traded him so easily.

I would prefer picking up a rookie rather than trading for a wing

Paul Harris has been mentioned, others that I might look at are KC Rivers from Clemson and Micah Downs from Gonzaga.

As for free agents to take a look at, Shannon Brown is fairly young and I think we could get him fairly cheaply as well; also Morris Almond, he never really got much playing time with Utah but he's only 24 and was a former 1st rounder.

PHO isn't bringing back Matt Barnes:

He could be cheap - he played for the min last year ($926,678), but I haven't really followed the guy.

ideally it'd be nice to get somebody who can create his shot, a lot of these SFs are just energy guys but I think we need a little bit more considering we already have Gomes and Brewer and they aren't first class shot creators
