Solid signing. I like it a lot. Wanted Carney more but it's ok. Jones is the defensive player we need i think.

Definitely a fan of the signing. Watching Jones in the playoffs last year, you could see that he's the type of wing that we need. He will be a great addition to our team, specifically on the defensive end of things. Got him at a pretty reasonable price too, in my opinion.

very happy with this signing...he will bring alot of intensity on the defensive end and I agree that it was a very reasonable deal...He showed alot of heart during this years playoffs...

Since Jones is a 6'6 G/F I guess we have our wing backup.
This perhaps means Quisy won't be signed.

sadly i think your exactly right..I really liked Quisy but I cant bitch about this signing...its fairly cheap and its for a good role player that will fit our system well...

Dahntay seems to have a pension for dunking on Pacers. Thankfully he'll wearing our blue and gold when he does this from now on.

I'm not concerned about the Duke players. I think Jones really fits well with our team. He plays defense. Besides Granger and maybe Rush, he has to be the best defensive player we have. He played Kobe Bryant really well last year in the playoffs. He's a player who doesn't care if he needs to focus all of his attention on defense. He doesn't need to score to be happy. He's also a player that's very good down low. He gets to the basket and scores. I love the flare he brings to games and the experience he has, from playing with Duke to playing in Denver, especially after a successful season that they just had there.

The Pacers have had a lot of intel on Dahanty Jones in the last two years. Keep in mind he did play for the Indiana affiliated Fort Wayne Mad Ants after he had a fall out in Memphis.

Denver fans thank the Pacers. We had really hoped he wouldn't be on the team this year (most of us). He did play well against Paul, but that was it for the season. He had the worst +/- on the Nuggets and the team was worse with him on offense and defense. So don't get your hopes up too much.

Not trying to rain on the parade, just letting you know what you're getting.

everyone plays different in whatever system they are in...i think his defensive presence will be much appreciated here
