I have a girlfriend. I told her about Hill and his wife. I asked her if we were in a similar situation. She would want me to play for Miami because of no snow down there. Scary, isn't it?

My wife would tell me to do what makes me happiest...that's what she did with the current job...

What I do know is I wouldn't use my wife as an excuse for not taking a job somewhere nor would I let my agent do it. I have (in my line of work) turned down positions due to having to move my family. We talked (my wife and I ) but when it can down to making the call I said it was my call and I never brought her into the picture. But times may have be a changing.

To be fair, Hill has never uttered a thing about his wife. This is all coming from second and third hand sources.

If you had papparazzi following your every move and you talked to your wife, there'd probably be similar stories about you. it's just nobody else gives a rats ass which job you take

This is actually one of cfan's best ideas. Phoenix would save $14.7 million in 2010-11 & 2011-12. However, I'm not sure if Ainge wants to make such a salary commitment to Barbosa. With the salary cap possibly going way down next year, he may be changining strategy though... I'd just take Baby out of the deal and work a sign-n-trade with New Orleans for Antonio Daniels to get some insurance. The bench would be Sheed, Hill, Daniels & Barbosa.

Yeah, more good points and House would fit in and there's not a huge drop off in talent for Phoenix. They're going to lose Hill anyways, but due to Hill they could cut about $15 million off the books...
