Then pass b/c there is no way on earth were giving up Wright or Collison! Take Armstrong or a future 1st...or look elsewhere

this doesn't make sense. I am not sure we can afford Posey.

Davis/Allen/Scalabrine/Giddens

Hornets waive Scalabrine

Hornets new roster:

PG - Paul/Collison/Giddens
SG - Butler/Thornton/Allen
SF - Peja/Wright/Peterson
PF - West/Davis/FA
C - Chandler/FA

We'd package Daniels with something to add another piece by the deadline

That's not too bad. I think we'd need a future pick as well, but it does give us a young 3rd string C and a vet SG, in addition to Pose. Since we're dumping some unwanted salary, that takes some of the sting off of having to absorb Posey's deal.

I'd rather keep Baby instead of trading for Pose

They are trying to add a big in Davis they are not going to trade us one. I think they would like to move Mo Pete and Posey, and would part with Daniels, I could see them giving up a lottery protected first to make that happen.

Now, that would be ironic: Danny trading some of the beloved Posey savings he piddled away when he grossly overpaid Tony the Turnover to get Posey back.

Never happen. Ainge is never going to publicly admit a mistake like that.

LMAO. Tony makes 2.5 mil, and expires this year. Posey makes 6.5 mil and expires in 3 years. but nice try trying to bash Ainge like you do in every other post.

it must just kill you that Ainge was able to construct a championship team in 4 years out of rubble, given how sure you were that he couldn't do it. but of course, you'd never publicly admit a mistake like that.

Danny traded for Antoine Walker a season after he traded for him, despite Antoine calling him a snake. I don't know where you got this silly idea that Ainge doesn't like to own up to his mistakes.
