I guess Toine has something in common w/ Charles Barkley after all.

I simply have no respect for a guy that has made 100 million in his career and has to resort to desperation moves like going on Pros vs Joes to pay off gambling debts. What a tool.

the last time we saw him getting consistent playing time (about 1 and a half years ago), he was being resonably productive.

i don't know why people think antoine is suddenly disabled.

Could we just give him a ten day contract mid season so he can retire a Celtic?

You evidently don't understand the problem with a volume shooter. You ever play a pickup game? You know that guy that think he is 10x better then he is - and proceeds to brick shot after shot after shot.. Walker is that guy.

He'd make it work
One question keeps coming up with every mention of Iverson possibly landing in Boston: Can Iverson and Paul Pierce coexist?

"I think it would work out with the two of us," said Pierce. "I played with the biggest jacker in league history in Antoine Walker, didn't I? He was just jacking up shots. At least Iverson might go hit them at a higher clip and get to the free throw line."

BTW, I'd take Robert Swift over Antoine Walker at this point.
