Nice card, I would like to see Emerson vs. Sotiropoulos on the main card though. My BJJ instructor said he'll be cornering Thales for this one.

I'm excited about this card(mainly cuz its a day before my bday) hope this card is not boring.

Villefort/Lennox
Emerson/Sotiropoulos Subm.
Cramer/Riddle
Leites/Sakara
Howard/McCrory KO
Nelson/Riley

Neer/Pellgrino
Almedia/Grove Subm.
Hendricks/Sadollah
A Silva/ F Griffin I'm a big Forrest fan, but Silva is going to win. Subm.
Penn/Florian Subm. (remember Penn will be the Penn in Sherk and Joe daddy fights, not the Penn in GSP fight.) Although I do think Kenny has a chance, but I just see BJ defending his 155 title.

This card is horrendous after the bj and silva fights. I can't bring myself to caring about any of the other fights or the fighters.

Nothing outside of the co-main events that really excite me.

Good to see Sadollah finally in a card. And my, Leites goes from headlining to undercard lol.

MAIN CARD
Champ B.J. Penn vs. Kenny Florian (for UFC lightweight title) Kenny is WAY over matched imo.
Champ Anderson Silva vs. Forrest Griffin (non-title fight) Anderson is going to make it hurt.
Johny Hendricks vs. Amir Sadollah This fight is of no interest to me.
Ricardo Almeida vs. Kendall Grove Time for Almeida to work that BJJ
Josh Neer vs. Kurt Pellgrino Going with batman on this. Basically because i cant stand Neer.

PRELIMINARY CARD
Shane Nelson vs. Aaron Riley I cant stand Nelson, but he should win this.
John Howard vs. Tamdan McCrory Love the Barn Cat.
Thales Leites vs. Alessio Sakara Thales will make this relatively quick. Sub in rd 2
Dan Cramer vs. Matthew Riddle I think Riddle has a ton of potential, I like that kid.
Rob Emerson vs. George Sotiropoulos Been wondering about George, I think he had more talent than Danzig that season.
Jesse Lennox vs. Danillo Villefort Don't know anything about either of these guys, but i like this dudes name.

Neer-Batman is gonna be awesome, dude. Both really well-rounded and coming off awesome performances. It'll probably be FoN.

Gotta go with Penn over Florian, but Florian definitely has a shot.

Silva over Forrest. Expect Griffin to put up a fight, but he's not on the same level as Silva skill-wise.

Sadollah over Hendricks
Almeida over Grove
Neer over Pellegrino
Nelson over Riley
McCrory over Howard
Leites over Sakara

The top two fights are so awesome that I don't really care what's on the undercard.

That being said, they've done a decent job of putting together some good fights without any real big names.

I'm going to hold off on making a pick until I find out a bit more about what Penn has been doing since the GSP fight. If he's been feeling sorry for himself, Kenny has a great shot at winning. If he's dedicated himself to being the best lightweight of all time, then Kenny is in for a rough night. I don't think Kenny has an advantage anywhere, except that he will be better prepared. I'm also not sure I can see Kenny Florian as the best LW in the world, which is what he would be if he beats Penn.

I don't know why, but I feel like Forrest has a great shot at winning this fight. I'll probably lay a little money on him because he's such an underdog, and I feel the fight is a lot closer to 50/50, or at least 60/40 Silva. Forrest is no middleweight. He's going to step into the Octagon at around 230, if not more. That's a lot to handle for a guy moving up in weight, even if he's Anderson Silva. Forrest also isn't James Irvin, he's a former champion at this weight class. If pressed, I'd do the smart thing and pick Silva, but I think it's a winnable fight for Griffin.

Sadollah vs. Hendricks doesn't do much for me. I feel like Sadollah is going to fizzle, especially against a guy like Hendricks, who is a top prospect in his own right. I thought Amir would be more of a favourite from a gambling standpoint, but it seems to be pretty much a pick 'em, so I'm taking Hendricks, but I won't be putting any money on it.

Almeida vs. Grove is an interesting matchup. I can't for the life of me figure out why anyone would think Grove will win by submission, but I don't want to turn this into another Sherk/Edgar thing. I'll just say I'm picking Big Dog, probably with a submission of his own.

Pellegrino vs. Neer should be a nice little scrap. Both guys are pretty much low level gatekeepers, but matched up against one another, we could see something really good. Tough to pick a winner, but I think I'm going to go with Neer.

In the prelims...
Nelson
McCrory
Leites
Riddle
Sotiropolous
Villefort

I didn't like Grove on TUF and don't think that much of him. Neer is a scrappy fighter which could make it a good fight. But yeah I don't know much about the other two guys so hence my it doesn't peak my interest.

Im pulling for Riddle in his fight.
I thought "Chipper" was a decent prospect, just lacking the passion/edge to go really far.

Why? I am fairly certain Almedia will be the betting favorite.
