Why not make a deal with the Clippers?

Right now, Rockets could use some offensive punch, and obviously need a center, the clipps have 4 guys for 2 positions, 2 centers, 2 pfs, all starter-level

sooo

Tmac + Brian Cook for Zach Randolph and Marcus Camby

Rockets wind up with
Camby
Zach
Battier
Ariza
Brooks

That looks like a pretty solid team yea?

first, PF is not where we need help. Randolph is overpriced and he'd kill any future flexibility we will enjoy.

Second - won't Memphis be pissed that LA is trading their player?

Third, I'd rather have Eddy Curry than Zach Randolph.

Why? He's equally as useless, equally as toxic, and most importantly, his salary is 33% lower.

It will have to be Baron and Camby for T-Mac. I'm not sure what to think about that trade....

While Camby's contract has been surprisingly nice, Davis's contract is not so good. We'd need to ditch Brooks or Lowry, too.
