i think LeBron at the 4 and Amare at the 5 edges out Amare at the 4 and Howard at the 5...although both would be glorious.

LeBron needs the ball in his hands too much. Nash needs to dominate the ball and do the playmaking. I don't know if it'd work as well as it sounds.

Whoever thinks LeBron is a better option than Howard at this moment is joking themselves. There's no doubt Lebron is a better player by a mile, but our most pressing need is center, one that can defend and score inside, and protect the basket and guard the P&R/P&P. Howard does all that, and more. Adding Howard would create so many mismatches on our team, who do you double, Howard or Amar'e? Not to mention having 2 Slashers and 2 Shooters on the floor with them (Hill&Rich + Rich&Nash) makes it even better. Without a doubt, if we could get Howard on our team right now, we'd be contenders. Hell, even Okafor would do that for us.
