He's a disaster on the defensive end period unless he's blocking someone from the weak side, which he does with decreasing frequency.

Earl has the skillset of a dynamic forward. It would be a waste not to use his advantages against SF's/PF's.

It'll be good if he could play point-forward like Turkoglu. Shoot the 3, PnR, mid-range shots.
