Loved the signing last year and he had his moments, especially early in the season... that being said I'm not sad to see him gone, his shot was too inconsistent and looked like a deer in headlights at times. By the end of the season I think everyone realized why we got him at what seemed to be a great discount.

I Never questioned his hustle or grit and he will be a good fit somewhere, Just not here... and I'm honestly not too sure about Orlando either since they rely on outside shooting more than we do.

Remember last season, one of those last few games, where every one counted, and we were trying to make the playoffs, and there was a few seconds to go, game was tied, Suns ball, and Barnes got the inbound pass, freaked out cause he was about to be double teamed, and threw the ball back to Grant Hill... who was still standing out of bounds? Thanks Barnes.

Not that it was a great play by Barnes but I think Hill was more at fault on that one, he put his hands out to receive the pass even though he was barely in bounds and well covered. He's the more veteran guy and a better ball handler so I don't really fault Barnes for giving up the rock... could have made a better desicion though and waited for hill to open up a bit more.

Looked up the play-by-play, 0:23 Grant Hill turnover.. But still a bone head play on both ends.
