Would be his 2nd career no hitter and 1st career perfect game.

And Hawk Harrelson calls the sideline chick honey. One of my all time creepiest moments on TV.

In Buehrle's no-hitter a few years ago, he gave up one walk (to Sammy Sosa) and promptly picked him off in the next at-bat. So he faced the minimum in that one as well.

I remember that game. Great for Buehrle. I'm so excited, and I think the Sox are tied for first now as well in the division. Great day. Now, if only I could actually watch some of the games this summer I'd be okay (in Philadelphia for summer school). It feels weird having the Sox be such a distant part of my summer.

Thoroughly amazing. He's just the sixth guy in history to throw a no-hitter and a perfecto in his career, and just the 24th guy with multiple no-hitters.

Yep, it's quite the feat. Congrats to Mark.

Nice catch too. I always couldn't imagine how nervous players feel when they are out there during a perfect game. One error and you are labeled as that guy.

Obama is a hardcore sports fan. I mean, other presidents always liked or pretended to like sports, but Obama is pretty hardcore. I can just tell.
