The average WWE salary is probably around $200k compared to the $5.8 million average NBA salary - there's not way any wrestler can make more money than any decent professional athlete.

Triple H makes $2 mill. More then a lot of decent professional athletes.

I'm assuming by "decent" he meant players that at least make the average MLE salary, which would mean Triple H (one of the biggest superstars in wrestling) makes only close to half of what an average NBA player makes...

I don't watch wrestling but I can tell you right now that if I owned WWE, I would offer Shaq a dump truck full of money to wrestle for me. At this point, he could probably make more money wrestling than he could playing basketball (but it's close).

Shaq would laugh at your offer and then sign on with TNT as a broadcaster. He'd probably make more money while not having to endure tough physical conditions on a grueling schedule that he would in the WWE.

Yea he is. He's a legit 7 foot, but they used to bill him at 500 lbs which was grossly over what he actually weighed. He actually weighs around or bit under 400 lbs, but make no mistake, he's a 7 footer.

shaqs a huge pro-wrestling fan so would obviously jump at the chance to do this, he was in hulk hogans corner in 1994 during hogans debut with ted turners wcw and is often seen at live wwe ppvs with his kids these days, he ain't the only nba player to be a big pro-wrestling fan either, guys like tim duncan and Dikembe Mutombo have been photographed backstage at events

anyway its not like other sports stars haven't worked for wwe/f in the past, names such as ali, tyson, mayweather, lennox lewis, Lawrence Taylor, walter payton, reggie white have all worked in some capacity for vince mcmahon

when big show left wwe in 2006 he was morbidly overweight at something like 507lb (this according to the man who trained him to become a boxer in florida), today he weighs in at about 440lb, he was weighed during on a live show a while back along with mayweather

regarding his height, he played ncaa ball with wichita state at center in 1991-92, he was listed there at 7ft 1, so he is at least 6ft 10, he is certainly taller than michael beasley, while at wichita state he weighed 335lb and looked like a stick figure compared to his wrestling days
