HoopsHype.com Reporters
by HoopsHype / Updated: July 24, 2009

(*) Number of times one of the reporter's stories made HoopsHype.com's frontpage – starting on April 15, 2009.
.Reporter Rankings Media Frontpage*
1. Marc Stein ESPN.com 17
2. Adrian Wojnarowski Yahoo! Sports 11
3. Marc J. Spears Yahoo! Sports 10
4. Ken Berger CBSSports.com 7
4. Jonathan Givony DraftExpress.com 7
4. Phil Jasner Philadelphia Daily News 7

18. Sekou Smith Atlanta Journal-Constitution 2

Thought it was interesting as HoopsHype is a story, column, rumor aggregator, to see where the headlines come from most.

Sekou's too front page stories:
Zaza Pachulia staying with the Hawks
Joe Smith to visit Atlanta

I guess the Hawks only get front page on slower new days.

yeah but they are a mostly national rumor site. it would make sense that they would get their stories from Stein and Wojnarowski. it would be more interesting to see where they are located and if they have the same bias that ESPN has on the Northeast or Fox Sports has on the West Coast.

The one city that stands out is Philadelphia. Cleveland and Orlando make sense because of Lebron, Shaq, and the amount of activity involving Orlando this off-season (Vince Carter, Hedo, Gortat, Bass). Philadelphia might just be inflated because of the Andre Miller courting and the fact that had a coaching search/hire during the time span. I can't really see a regional bias in their front page coverage.
