Lee is possible. But judging by the moves the team has made last year and so far this summer... Warrick seems more likely (cheap... and played with Melo at Syracuse). You can throw Drew Gooden in the mix as well.

Because of the deal the FO worked with Andersen... the Nuggets have plenty of MLE to work with...not to mention several trade exceptions.

No Gooden, he signed to the Mavs (per wiretap).

Nuggets already have Nene, Martin and Andersen. Can't imagine Lee being a good fit...

I don't think Lee would sign based on a "what if". And i can not imagine a team signing a player only based on a "what if".

And Nene played 77 games last season. Martin 66. Andersen 71. I have seen worse.

at this point the economy dictates and Lee goes where there happens to be some money. Let's take a trip back to reality land.

Kmart games played
06-07- 2
05-06- 56
Career average: 60 (probably one more injury away from retirement)

Andersen- a failed drug test away from NBA banishment

Nene games played
07-08- 16
05-06- 1
04-05- 55
career average: 52 (a guy with cancer in remission and several previous injuries)

In Denver it hasn't been what if... but when. And believe me the Nuggets would love to trade K-mart. Lee could come right in and start at PF for the Nuggets.

I imagine one of them - K Mart - would be moved.

How? His contract looks prohibitive.

I don't see how Nuggets land Lee or why Lee would want to go there.

Pop will go down as one of the greatest coaches ever. He commands his team with an iron fist but still is secure enough to open the floor for opinions. Forgot who posted it but TD is the defacto GM.
