Ramon Sessions, Milwaukee Bucks ($1,000,497) – While the talk of Sessions in New York seems to have died off – since they don't have any contracts past next season – it's still very clear the Los Angeles Clippers do want him, and the Philadelphia 76ers could be interested as well. So why haven't they made an offer? They aren't really sure if the Bucks would match or not. The Bucks will not be luxury tax payers and are currently less than $1 million away from the tax after signing rookie Brandon Jennings today, so presuming a Sessions offer would top that number they would have a decision to make. Given the strong play of Jennings in Vegas and the fact they still have veteran Luke Ridnour, it does look like the Bucks are prepared to move on. Of course, until an offer sheet materializes, they don't have to do anything.
Clippers In No Hurry To Sign Sessions

The Clippers still have interest in restricted free-agent guard Ramon Sessions, but they are in no rush to extend an offer.
As much as the Clippers like Sessions, they obtained some leverage by acquiring Sebastian Telfair from the Timberwolves last week. They had been looking for a backup to starting point guard Baron Davis.
A source claims that the Clippers have inquired about a host of combo guards this offseason.
