How do you contact a Mod?

I just recieved the email and I understand. I dont disagree.
But one thing about this board is that I wished it had a better way for members to reach mods earlier and have the ability to reply to emails.

This not being able to contact the mods thing is really ridiculous. I have gotten several messages from mods saying things like "you need to contact us", "you need to email us" "we need to talk to you about what to do etc."

And I cannot contact them. They won't say whatever they want to say in the pm message either. How are we supposed to contact you when we can't message you and can't email you?

I have been getting treated extremely poorly here. The users Genjuro and Joana have made false accusations against me, accusing me of being another poster, of stealing someone's user name, of pretending to be a person impersonating another website, of pretending to be the owner of another website, etc.

They made numerous posts on several boards saying this. They, or someone else clearly told this to the mods as well, as more than one mod, specifically jman3134 for one, made references to this being told to the mods.

LIES. Absolute pure LIES. Which was even proven when I told jman3134 to talk to the owner of the website http://talkbasket.net/ (who is named Vilius) and ask him about it. jman3134 claimed this was then cleared up and that "I would have no more trouble here". I have been still getting non stop harassment from some other posters and also several mods treating me extremely unfairly and poorly, particularly the mod miller31time. And now he has gone ahead and banned me from the general board, not to mention locking all of my threads. Of course not once did he ever do anything to other members that harassed me. The member Malinhion purposely was being very rude, argumentative, and out of line to me and another member oversteerdawg, in a thread and miller31time locked the thread and banned me. He sent me a pm stating I was banned because of making threads that caused arguments between other posters. Got that? I was banned from the general board by miller31time because Malinhion was basically being a rude jerk. What happened to Malinhion? Nothing at all it seems.

A mod on the Wolves forum (I believe it was revprodeji) suspended me because this user Genjuro is endlessly harassing me. He kept saying I was hijacking a thread when all it was is that user Genjuro was endlessly harassing me and had already convinced mods and other members that I was a liar, a fake poster, impersonating someone, pretending to be another site owner, etc. He must have made false accusations and called me a liar in 90% of every post he made directed towards me. NOT ONCE has any mod stopped it. Instead they simply believe it. Even though the mod jman3134 already found out it is not true. I already had this issue covered with jman3134, yet NOTHING was done about it and this user Genjuro has been allowed to continue these lies and convincing mods of it.

Joana has also continued to do it, though not nearly as bad. Apparently they have a personal hissy fight with some member on another forum. NOT MY PROBLEM. I tried to send abuse reports about these users and they never got sent or they were ignored. I even asked a mod if they were sent and they said "I see nothing". I sent about 3 abuse reports and the mods IGNORED THEM. Understand that a mod ALREADY verified that these users were in fact making up lies about me. I guess he never told any other mods because the other mods have taken these lies as fact. How can this be considered acceptable site policing?

I will get messages from mods telling me to "contact them". But I cannot contact them and the mods KNOW that I cannot contact them. Surely this is a bit strange to say the least. One mod (HMFFL) asked me to email him? OK how? How do I email someone without their email address?

A mod on the Raptors forum (LittleOzzy) suspended me because of the same thing with Joana making up lies about me. Again, it was supposedly because I was being argumentative. The problem was I was upset at the user Joana making up a lie about me and saying it over and over and over and over again and never once my abuse reports about it getting looked at. Again, with a mod already having previously known these were false lies being directed towards me. But was Joana breaking any site rules? Nope. I was the one that needed a suspension because I told Joana to stop making up things about me.

I have mods telling me not to call people "liars". Why is it OK then for members like Genguro and Joana to make up LIES about me, dozens of times? The user Rasho Brezec has also been doing this same thing. Over and over and over making up these LIES about me, that have been already known by a mod to be LIES, yet he keeps making up lies about me, and calling me a liar. I don't see Rasho Brezec getting suspended or banned by the mods. Why is that? Again, I sent several abuse reports about this and it was apparently entirely ignored.

The forum mod nostradamus2005 has also made a FALSE ACCUSATION against me that "Moreover if you want to have any kind of credibility around here, you may start using a new username instead of taking the exact username of a reputable poster in interbasket forums with whom you apparently had some troubles in the past. Quite honestly I dont understand your motivation in doing so and I can certainly assure you that it diminishes whatever credibility you have/might have around these forums."

So now it is OK for moderators to make up lies about other members and then have the audacity to act like the member is in the wrong? Where is such behavior listed on the duties of a site moderator?

At this point I am absolutely thoroughly appalled at the moderation on this website and the extremely biased attitude of some of the mods, playing favorites, believing lies told about other members, having the audacity to accuse people that are being falsely accused of things as being "holier than thou" and "arrogant" for having an issue with lies being spread about them.

But yet......................you get a pm from a mod "contact me". And of course you cannot contact them. Problem solved. This is absolutely ridiculous.

Are all clearly out of line in regards to how they have treated me.

The following users should have all been banned a long time ago for the numerous and constant lies and site violations they have made directed towards me, after they have been proven as lies a long time ago and a site mod already said it was taken care of. After they have been reported numerous times to abuse reports and site mods have completely ignored it.

What exactly do the owners of the site have as their ideas on what constitutes a good site and what is helpful to their site and what is hurtful to it? I can assure you that one guaranteed thing to ruin a website is to have people like this involved in it. Whether they be despicable posters like Genjuro or out of control moderators like miller31time.

Where is the place for rationality, logic, discipline, equal treatment, and free and honest intelligent discourse? Apparently, it is not on this website. Apparently, this website belongs to the jealous, spiteful, deceitful, hateful, immature, bullies. I really wonder how many truly good people have been treated this same way here and just how much damage has been done to this site. One thing I guarantee is that to all the good posters and good moderators and to the site owners - this site will be thoroughly and completely destroyed if you allow such ridiculous and absurd things to continue to go on at this site, as you have been allowing to go on.

I sincerely hope that every decent member of this site sees this and reads it and understands what this site is really like and how at any moment they will be next in line for the same abuse. I assure you, it WILL happen to you too eventually. That is a certain given when you have such people like these being allowed to run rough shot over everyone else.

Flash, it's still in the works. Us mods are just as eager to get it back and working instead of resorting to the e-mail route.

I spoke with MagnumT via email who is a Forum Mod but doesnt have juristiction in the Knicks Forums. He told me to try and get in contact with one of the Knicks Mods, I dont have pm use or any contact info. Is there any way I can be contacted directly by one of them?
