1. Has a grandiose sense of self-importance

Is Starbury ''keepin' it real", or borderline NPD?

Mate...u can apply a heap of DSM criteria to any one and get a close match....I am at times very PD myself....other times....Schizo affective.....go figure

He was just enjoying him self.

dudes just crazy, but i don't mind. he seems to fit in just fine as teammate with us. I think the way our fans treated him when he signed and first entered the game has made a lasting impression that goes beyond playing time and money, and in the end if danny offers him a roster spot, he'll take it.

If we re-sign Marbury there will bound to be problems with keeping all happy with minutes. There needs to be a decision on either wanting Marbury or keeping House with the addition of Daniels and possibly Bowen. We will have enough problems with minutes in the frontcourt if we re-sign Davis. We don't need these type of distractions if we want to win a championship. I would much rather keep TA than pick up Bowen, and would like to see House get the backup minutes with a veteran like Lue brought in to cover any injuries. There is no dought that TA would be the perfect 4th wing on this team as he knows the system, but if Indy wants him and we want Daniels bird rights I'm all for sending TA to Indy.

Well, FWIW, he was on again last night and talked about ball for a few moments.

-He said that as of now, he's no longer a basketball player, and is now an entertainer.
-He said he'd love to play ball, but no one is offering him anything close to his fair value.
-He said that he'd play for the Celtics for free, but that Danny Ainge wasn't offering him a spot
-A fan asked about the Knicks, and he said that they'd have to pay him the max to get him to suit up for them again.

I thought it was kind of interesting that he mentioned that he would play for free in Boston. Couple that with his initial comments a few days ago where he said "God willing, something good will happen", I can only speculate that it falls in line with the rumor that Ainge is working hard to do a sign-and-trade for Daniesl so that Ainge can try and use the BAE on Marbury.

My friend suggested that Wyc just bring Starbury back so he can choreograph the Celtics' dance team. Dude has some moves.

We don`t need to spend our LLE on Marbury. We used a part of the MLE last season to sign him not veteran minimum, so we can offer him up to 2,8 mio this season...

But I don`t want him back. I watched his stream for a few minutes and he has some serious problems. He needs to get professional help, the guy is mentally ill. I feel sorry for him...

LMAO, he would play "for free", but when Ainge offered him the vet min he said "thanks but no thanks" and said his melodramatic farewell to boston.

there is no friggin way we should ever ever ever consider spending the LLE on Marbury.

i actually think he's funny. maybe he is a bit nuts. but none of that matters. he just can't play anymore.

I hang around crack/cocaine fiends way too often, and I'd wager a testicle that Marbury is high as friggin kite. I'm not sure how he gets around the NBA's drug testing program, although I'm sure the program is a complete and utter joke, but more power to him.

I don't think he's high. He's just having fun. And he ate vaseline because it's an old home remedy for sore throats. He was horse after talking for 24 hours straight.

Danny may have dodged one there. The leprechaun lives--whether or not Lucky does.
