Jazz didn't do anything significant this offseason.
Hornets, adding Okafor, doesn't solve their problem of a dominant scorer in the two-three spot.
Blazers adding Miller might disrupt team chemistry. Although I doubt that. But thats what I'm hoping for.
Mavs have added former shells of players. Nobody in their prime, and nobody who is motivated.
Denver hasn't done anything.
Rockets are obviously not going anywhere next season.
The Heat will be my favorite East coast team if they land Boozer and Odom. That would be insanely fun to watch.
The Jazz will take a step back this year, regardless of what they pull off.
Spot on about the Hornets. Paul needs a guy who can help them spread the floor. If Stojakovic was ever halfway healthy he could be that guy, but he's not. He can still shoot lights out when he's on though...
Blazers are going to be great. Andre Miller will only help, no way he can hurt.
I wouldn't sleep on the Mavs. I watched what I thought was the shell of Jason Kidd break Magic Johnson's assist record over our head in person last year. Marion will do exaclty what they need. Gooden will be a nice piece.
Denver doesn't have to do anything. They're much better than they get credit for and (despite all odds) Karl has a team full of massive egos clicking and on the same page. Amazing. To me, Andersen was the surprise of the year (outside of Hill's 82).
Stick a fork in the Rockets. I feel for Yao, I really do, but the Chinese have used and abused the poor guy for the sake of national pride.

On Steve Nash:

Suns can at least field a decent/cheap/deep team if they pick up a perimeter guy who can shoot a bit (Udoka/Carney) and a vet big (Swift/Petro)

One Petro is equal to two Sene widths...

Ah you're right, Sene's on the Knicks. I think Sene has the longer wingspan but both of them are agile, raw 23 year old 7 footers. Advantage to Petro since he hasn't had Microfracture like Sene. I wouldn't mind picking Petro up at all, but it would be nice to have Skinner or Smith seeing as how they actually know how to play.

You're right. Sadly, Spurs and Mavs made all of the moves I wanted to see the Suns make. They grabbed two versatile small forwards, a defensive 2 guard, and added power forward/center depth. Damn you Kerr.

Re: Tim Thomas is a Maverick
We should use the roster space on someone who can give us some D, either at the 5 or at the 1/2. It'll be nice to have TT but we don't need another gunner. Besides, Clark is suppose to do what TT does, but with defense.

The Mavs are wayyyy over the luxury tax, Orlando too. I will LOL hard if the Magic come in fourth in the Eastern Conference.
